Email extractor for any website

Paste a domain or a page URL and get the contact emails that site publishes. Every address comes with the page it was found on. Five domains a day are free, with no signup and no email.

What you get back

One row per address: the domain, the address itself, how the page wrote it, the exact page it was found on, the type of that page, and the state of the domain. A domain that publishes no address still gets a sentence saying so.

Each address is checked for format and for an MX record on its domain, and labelled when it is role-based, disposable, or on a free mail service. A label says what was checked, not how likely the address is to accept a message.

Where it looks

The home page, the contact page, the about page, author pages, and the footer of each page it reads. A written-out address meant for people, such as name at example dot com, is turned back into a normal address.

The free check reads the raw HTML the server returns, which is what social scrapers see. It does not run JavaScript.

One domain or a list

Paste one domain, or one URL per line. The table fills in as each domain finishes, and every domain gets its own status sentence when it publishes nothing or could not be read.

CSV export covers the whole batch on every plan, including the free check.

What it does not do

It does not guess an address from a name and a company pattern, and it does not look one up in a stored contact database. A row exists because the site published that address on a page you can open.

Our site crawler obeys robots.txt and never bypasses bot protection. We never send mail to an address we found, and an address a site hides behind a challenge is not returned at all.

Prices

Free, $0 a month: 5 domains a day per IP address, no signup. Pro, $19 a month: 1,000 domains a month for ongoing outreach. Agency, $49 a month: 5,000 domains a month for a team and its clients.

The unit is the domain: one domain is one site you ask about, whatever it publishes. Nothing here is metered in credits.

Email extractor questions

Do I need an account to use the email extractor?

No. The free check needs no signup and no email. Five domains a day are free per IP address.

Does the extractor run JavaScript on the page?

The free check reads the raw HTML the server returns, which is what social scrapers see. It does not run JavaScript. An address that appears only after a script runs is not in the raw HTML, so a page that builds its address in the browser comes back empty rather than wrong.

Where do the addresses come from?

From pages the site publishes. Every row names the page the address came from and the type of that page: a contact page, an about page, an author page, a footer, or a mailto link. The source page is a link, so you can open it and read the address yourself.
