Terms of service

These terms are short because the product is narrow. By using Outreach Email Finder you agree to them.

Using found contacts

Use found contacts for individual, relevant outreach only. No bulk unsolicited email. You are responsible for CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL compliance.

The tool finds the addresses a site publishes and checks their format and mail domain. What happens next is your outreach, to people who never asked to hear from you. That is why the rule above is the first thing on this page: an address being easy to find does not make a bulk mailing acceptable, to the person receiving it or to the law that governs it.

The duties that stay with you

The messages you send, the list you build and the law that applies to both are yours. CAN-SPAM, the GDPR and CASL each put duties on the sender or on the controller of the outreach, and using this tool does not move any of them to us. If you are in the EU and use an address from a result, the notice to that person is yours to give, as the privacy page explains.

What we never do

We send nothing to the addresses a result contains. There are no sequences, no sending service and no mailbox provisioning here: the tool finds and checks, and stops. We do not sell lists, and we do not build a shared contact database out of the batches users run.

What you may not do

Caps

Free: 5 domains a day per IP address, in batches of up to 5. No signup and no card. Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page, and each one carries a monthly allowance instead of a daily one: Pro covers 1,000 domains a month in batches of up to 200, and Agency covers 5,000 domains a month in batches of up to 1,000.

A domain counts toward an allowance only when we fetched at least one of its pages. Invalid input, duplicates inside one batch, and domains that could not be reached are not counted, and a request refused for a cap is never charged.

Abuse, suspension and ending an account

An account that breaks these terms, that is used to send bulk unsolicited email, that targets a site with traffic rather than a reasonable crawl, or that exists to spend an allowance on spam can be suspended. A suspended account is refused at every entry point until it is cleared, and suspending an account does not delete the data it holds: a suspension can be lifted and the account works again. You can stop at any time, and cancelling a paid plan leaves it active until the end of the period you paid for.

Availability

The service runs as well as we can keep it running, and it is provided as it is: we do not promise that every site will answer, that every crawl will finish, or that the service is never interrupted. A site that blocks the crawler is reported as blocked, and nothing is forced through it.
